Kent Swanson
Mr. Swanson is the President of Black Swan Real Estate and has been a real estate executive with 40 years in office, residential, retail, and hotel sectors, including 30 years as a CFO. At Riverside Investment & Development, he managed $2.7 billion in projects and raised $1.5 billion for new developments in Chicago. Previously, at Newcastle Limited, he secured over $800 million in financing and tripled AUM to $1 billion. At The John Buck Company, Kent launched successful investment funds and established a $7 billion joint venture in Abu Dhabi. He serves on community boards and is a Civic Federation Executive Committee Member. Kent holds an MBA from Northwestern and a BA in Economics from Duke.
