Roberto Curci

Roberto Curci


Roberto Curci is the vice provost for strategic initiatives and external relations and serves as the dean of the Brennan School of Business at Dominican University. He is an active researcher and has published works in the fields of international finance, international business, and immigrant-owned businesses. In 2011, he was a Fulbright Scholar at Lingnan University in Hong Kong, and in 2005, he was a Research Fellow at Instituto de Empresa’s Euro-Latin American Research Center in Madrid, Spain.

He volunteers in academic roles, at nonprofit organizations, and with government commissions, including the AACSB’s Initial Accreditation Committee and the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy’s board of trustees. Roberto is an entrepreneur and has owned and operated small business ventures in real estate, consulting, and investments. Roberto holds a Ph.D. in international business and finance from the University of Texas—Pan American, an MBA from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in systems engineering from ICESI University in Cali, Colombia.
